A New Competitor in the Automotive Industry: APPLE

The automotive sector is a sector that is suitable for transformation and can be easily integrated. The constant emergence of new trends and the existence of a target audience for each model and design make it possible for the automotive industry to maintain its vivacious and dynamic structure.

The first mass car manufacturer, Henry Ford produced only black cars between 1914 and 1925 and he underlined the message of "This is the current production and you have to buy it". Then, Ford Motor Company had to comply with the new mobility conditions and caught the transformation. Four different colors which were red, blue, white, and black were used for the production of Ford Mustang in 1964.

Keeping up with the new mobility has a great importance in order to survive. With this understanding, many large companies do not hesitate to use the advantages of developing technology. One of these companies is Apple, which is known by everyone from 7 to 70 today.

Headquartered in the USA and focusing on consumer electronics, software design and production, Apple took its first step into the automotive industry.

Announcing the iCar or Titan project in 2014, Apple aims to produce its first electric car in 2024. Apple will use its own battery and the vehicle will be driverless.

While the news that Apple had pre-interviews with Hyundai, one of the pioneers of the industry was reflected in the press, Hyundai's shares increased by 25% at the same time. Recently Hyundai made a statement and announced that negotiations with Apple were terminated. However, Apple is expected to have new interviews with other auto companies.

It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum
